Once you have submitted your positive result you will receive an email from 111 confirming your status.
It is also now possible to reduce your ten day isolation if you return two negative LFTs in a row (with at least 24 hours between each test). You must submit these negative test results online, and if you record two negative tests before the end of your ten days you will receive an email confirming you can leave isolation early.
If you are unable to submit your LFT results online please contact 111 to record your results.
In order to submit your results you will need to include your NHS number and date of birth, please ensure these details are correct before submission.
You can request a copy of your NHS number via the nhs.uk website
It is important that you give us the correct information to match your data and send your results to you.
Please ensure that all your information is correct, especially your NHS number and date of birth. If you do not know your NHS number you can get this from a variety of sources including: hospital letters, prescriptions; your Patient Access or NHS App or from your GP practice etc.
