Advice for those planning to travel off the Island

Leaving the Island / Travel from IOM to UK

There are no travel related restrictions or requirements from an Isle of Man perspective for any individuals wishing to travel off Island and onwards to the UK. However, passengers should continue to regularly check website content issued by local and off-Island travel providers as information continues to change. Please visit the below links for local advice:

International Travel – Return / Transit Through UK

Please check the latest travel advice from the UK Government to see what restrictions and procedures may be in place for entering the UK. If the country you are visiting is on the red list, or is re-graded to the UK Government red list while you are away, you may be required to undertake mandatory isolation in the UK even if you plan on transiting through.

International Travel – Leaving the UK

The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) continues to advise British people to check the current travel advice for destinations before booking a trip. Be prepared to comply with changing restrictions to manage local outbreaks, and for possible delays to travel. You must comply with any requirements of the country you are visiting or transiting through, including potential isolation. Please be aware that if your country status changes, your return requirements may change and you must comply with UK Government advice, see below for information on arriving in the UK following international travel.
