Five new coronavirus cases confirmed - 10am 17 April 2020

Since the last update (4pm Thursday 16 April) there have been five further confirmed positive tests for coronavirus. 

The total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in the Isle of Man now stands at 289.

In total 275 patients have been instructed to self-isolate and 10 are being treated at the hospital. The contact tracing process is already underway led by Public Health.

There have been 2,233 concluded tests, 89 people are awaiting results and 63 people are awaiting tests.

In total 168 individuals are presumed recovered. 

There have been four deaths caused by the coronavirus in the Isle of Man.
