This Privacy Notice applies to the Isle of Man Government Cabinet Office.
When you use an Isle of Man Government Cabinet Office service we may ask you to share personal information with us.
When we collect your personal information we will:

Under the Emergency Powers (Coronavirus) (Entry Restrictions) Regulations 2020 your personal data may be processed by any of the Departments of the Isle of Man Government, but the process is broadly administered by Cabinet Office, with information provided or verified by other Departments of Government.
Processing will only be undertaken in the public interest as part of the public task of the Cabinet Office, which includes the Public Health Directorate. Sometimes we may process information in order to protect the vital interest of you or another person in the Isle of Man. Processing is for the purposes of assisting your repatriation to the Isle of Man including the requirement for a 14 day quarantine period upon arrival to delay or prevent further transmission of coronavirus disease.
The data you provide will only be shared with the people who might need it for the purposes set out. We will keep your data secure and only share the minimum information needed to process your repatriation to the Isle of Man.
Any data or documentation will be kept for a maximum period of twelve months from the date on this form, or from the date that you are repatriated to the Isle of Man, whichever is the later.
